急性缺氧性肺血管收缩反应(HPV)具有重要的生理意义,前列腺素(PGs)和白三烯(LTs)参与了HPV的发生。本实验研究了中药成分毛冬青甲素对HPV的影响及其作用与PGs和LTs的关系。结果表明毛冬青甲素可增加基础肺血管阻力,减少心输出量,其作用一部分是通过增加LTs生成所致,而与PGs无明显关系。毛冬青甲素可增强HPV,其作用一方面是通过抑制Wistar大鼠缺氧时以舒血管性PGs(尤其是PGI_2)为主的PGs的产生,另一方面是通过增加LTs生成所致,也可能有其它机制参与。
Acute hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction (HPV) has important physiological significance, and PGs and LTs are involved in the pathogenesis of HPV. The results showed that halotyllavin A can increase the basic pulmonary vascular resistance, reduce cardiac output, the role of part of the LTs generated by increased production, but no significant relationship with PGs. Matroxvine can enhance HPV, on the one hand, by inhibiting the production of PGs, which are mainly vasodilation PGs (especially PGI_2) in Wistar rats, and on the other hand by increasing the production of LTs There may be other mechanisms involved.
