Objectives Individualized nursing intervention in hypotension during hemodialysis. Methods From May 2011 to December 2015, 98 patients with persistent hemodialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (49 cases) and control group (49 cases). The observation group was given individualized nursing intervention, and the control group was given routine care. The number of low dialysis, blood pressure, nursing satisfaction and anxiety were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of hypotension was 6.24% and 19.67% respectively in the observation group and the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction rate of nursing was obviously higher than that of the control Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients can effectively reduce the incidence of hypotension in patients, meanwhile, it has a positive effect on improving patients’ satisfaction with nursing and is suitable for clinical application.
