合并上消化道出血的脑出血患者应用针对性护理的临床分析

目的:观察合并上消化道出血的脑出血患者用针对性护理的效果。方法:以2016年2月至2017年6月本科接诊的58例脑出血合并上消化道出血病患为研究对象,并将之按照数字抽签原理分成两组:甲组29例接受针对性护理,乙组29例接受常规护理。观察两组护理后生活质量的改善情况,并对其护理效果作出比较。结果:甲组的护理总有效率为96.55%,明显比乙组的82.76%高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。甲组的患者满意度为100.0%,明显高于乙组的86.21%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。甲组护理后的SF-36评分为(93.25±5.29)分,明显比乙组的(80.46±6.07)分高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)、结论:于脑出血合并上消化道出血中积极对患者应用针对性护理方案,可显著提升其疾病治疗的效果,促进生活质量改善,且有助于维持良好的护患关系,值得临床借鉴。 Objective: To observe the effect of targeted nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: From February 2016 to June 2017, 58 patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to undergraduate education were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the principle of digital lottery: 29 cases of group A received targeted nursing , B group 29 cases received routine care. The improvement of quality of life in two groups was observed and their nursing effects were compared. Results: The total effective rate of group A was 96.55%, which was significantly higher than that of group B (82.76%). There was significant difference between groups (P <0.05). Patient satisfaction in group A was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than that in group B (86.21%, P <0.05). SF-36 score of group A was significantly higher than that of group B (93.25 ± 5.29), which was significantly higher than that of group B (80.46 ± 6.07) (P <0.05) .Conclusion: In patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding In the positive application of targeted care programs for patients, can significantly improve the effectiveness of their treatment of diseases and improve the quality of life, and help to maintain a good nurse-patient relationship, it is worth clinical reference.
