随着2015年国家电网“两纵一横”特高压网架的建成,增加了四川水电的外送通道,湖北电网将成为四川水电外送的重要受益对象,预计2015年湖北电网能够消纳川电东送容量的33%。通过消纳四川水电,湖北电网的电力短缺局面有所改善,但同时又为电网安全稳定运行带来新挑战,为电能资源组织带来新机遇。主要研究了2015年特高压网架建成后,湖北接受四川水电对电网安全稳定的影响,经短路电流、潮流及稳定计算结果表明,湖北电网主干网架潮流分布合理,能够满足消纳四川水电后湖北电网安全稳定运行。
With the completion of the State Grid’s “Two Vertical and One Horizontal” UHV grids in 2015, an additional channel for Sichuan’s hydropower will be added. Hubei Power Grid will become an important beneficiary of the Sichuan Hydropower Delivery. It is estimated that in 2015, Nashikawa power capacity of 33%. By absorbing Sichuan Hydropower, the power shortage situation in Hubei Power Grid has improved, but at the same time, it has brought new challenges to the safe and stable operation of power grids and brought new opportunities for the organization of power resources. The main research is that after the construction of UHV grid in 2015, Hubei accepted the impact of Sichuan Hydropower on the safety and stability of the grid. The short-circuit current, trend and stability calculation show that the distribution of the main grid in Hubei Grid is reasonable and can meet the demand of Sichuan hydropower Hubei power grid safe and stable operation.
