在肌肉体模上测定GXH-Ⅰ型2450MHz微波热疗机鼻咽腔条形辐射器的热分布,发现辐射器明显升温的范围在其顶端与顶端后2cm之内.最大升温点在顶端及其附近.在肌肉体模制作的鼻咽腔上测得该辐射器可使鼻咽侧壁与顶后壁0.5cm深度处分别升温9.6℃、5.6℃.鼻咽腔肌肉模与兔大腿肌肉上模拟的人鼻咽腔上测得该辐射器的有效活热深度为0.5~1cm。在患者鼻咽原发肿瘤内连续测温中发现.肿瘤内选择性升温时间在治疗30分钟后出现,肿瘤表面温度46℃左右,肿瘤内0.3cm深度处温度达50℃左右,选择性升温效果明显.
