腰腿痛患者159例，男110例，女49例。年龄19～60岁。急性腰扭伤50例，慢性腰肌劳损（急性发作）30例，髋关节拉伤10例，梨状肌损伤5例，腰椎肥大25例，椎间盘突出症10例，坐骨神经痛10例和疲劳性腰痛9例。根据病因及疼痛部位或西医解剖定位采用中医理论辨证论治。①急性腹扭伤
159 cases of low back pain, 110 males and 49 females. Age 19 to 60 years old. 50 cases of acute lumbar sprain, 30 cases of chronic lumbar muscle strain (acute attack), 10 cases of hip joint injury, 5 cases of piriformis injury, 25 cases of lumbar hypertrophy, 10 cases of disc herniation, 10 cases of sciatica and fatigue low back pain 9 cases. According to the etiology and location of pain or Western anatomical positioning using traditional Chinese medicine theory of syndrome differentiation. ① acute abdominal sprain
