一、基本构思电视图象切换是电视节目制作中的主要技巧之一,而“快切”则在节目制作中应用最广。在电视教学、体育节目转播、电视答辨竞赛等场合,由多台摄象机、一台录象机,通过切换设备完成画面选择预编,或记录在磁带上,或直接发送到用户的这一系统,可减少摄制人员的劳动强度和投入设备的数量。以往上述场合节目的制作,要么每一个场景一套摄录系统,经过后期编辑;要么用一套或两套摄录系统,由摄象师不停的“摇、移”,以便摄取每一个场景。近年来国内各系统用的最多的是进口或国产大型特技切换系统。对于小规模电视台或院校、电教系统,可能会出现由于投资过大而一时难以实现的情况。针对这种情况,本文设计并调试出一台四入/一出集成电路电视图象
