在全面建设小康社会的进程中,既有公共服务的属性,又受市场经济规律影响的医疗机构,如何面对机制、体制变革的挑战,把握社会转型的机遇,如何在运用好公共资源为患者提供优质服务的同时,实现自身的良性持续发展,引起了业内人士的高度重视,也受到社会各界的普遍关注。新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院在这方面的思考和实践,为医疗机构提供了“以病人为中心”来改进服务,实现患者满意和自身良性发展的“破题”途径。
