1 检测对象 我院于1999年4月至5月对我镇及周边三镇离退休干部595例进行空腹血糖检测,其中男392例,女203例,年龄51～83岁。2 方法、试剂与仪器 采用葡萄糖酶法,试剂由上海捷门生物技术公司提供的试剂盒,仪器为半自动生化分析仪,严格按说明书进行操作。
1 Subjects In our hospital from April to May 1999, 595 retired cadres in my town and three neighboring towns were tested for fasting blood glucose, including 392 males and 203 females, aged 51-83 years old. 2 Methods, reagents and instruments Glucoenzyme method is used. The kit is provided by Shanghai Jiemen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The kit is a semi-automatic biochemical analyzer. It strictly follows the instructions.
