在试制新车型钢圈中 ,所选用的三种双相钢对比材料的钢圈表现出不同的疲劳性能。采用金相、扫描电镜、化学分析等方法对钢圈进行了分析。得出 ,影响钢圈疲劳性能的主要因素是显微组织中的马氏体含量和分布形态
The steel rings of the three dual-phase steels that were selected for the trial run of the new model showed different fatigue properties. The steel ring was analyzed by means of metallography, scanning electron microscope and chemical analysis. It is concluded that the main factors affecting the fatigue properties of the steel ring are the martensite content and distribution in the microstructure
