Sc掺杂LaFeO_3的制备及其光催化性能研究

采用La(NO_3)_3·6H_2O、Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O、Sc(NO_3)_3和柠檬酸作为主要原料,通过微波辅助法成功制备了La1-xScxFeO3(x=0,0.025,0.05,0.075,0.1)光催化剂。分别用TG-DTA、XRD、SEM、FT-IR以及激光粒度分析仪对样品进行了表征,并研究其对甲基橙溶液的光催化降解活性。结果表明,制得的样品均为钙钛矿结构;Sc掺杂的LaFeO3比纯的LaFeO3光催化剂具有更好的光催化性能,最佳掺杂量为x=0.025制得的La0.975Sc0.025FeO3催化剂经2h可见光照射,对10mg/L甲基橙溶液的降解率达到了86.8%,比纯的LaFeO3催化剂提高了22.4%,这表明La0.975Sc0.025FeO3是一类活性高的催化剂,具有广泛的应用前景。 La1-xScxFeO3 (x = 0,0.025,0.05,0.075, La0.05,0.075) was successfully prepared by microwave assisted method using La (NO_3) _3 · 6H_2O, Fe (NO_3) _3 · 9H_2O, Sc (NO_3) _3 and citric acid as the main raw materials. 0.1) photocatalyst.
