目的为提高尿道处女膜融合症的手术疗效进行研究。方法采用Ｙ形切口的尿道外口成形术治疗尿道处女膜融合症，手术将尿道远端及尿道口从处女膜中松解，切除阻碍物，使尿道口平滑和远端尿道粘膜平坦光滑，延长尿道口和阴道口间距。结果本组５９例中，５６例（９４．９２％）随访１０～７９个月，其中５２例（９２．８６％）症状消失，４例（７．１４％）症状改善。结论Ｙ形切口手术野暴露充分，便于操作。认为本术式治疗尿道处女膜融合症简便、有效。
Objective To improve the surgical treatment of hymenal fusion of the urethra. Methods Urethral incision with urethral incision was used to treat hymenal fusion. The distal and urethra of urethra were released from the hymen and the obstruction was removed by surgery. The urethra was smooth and the distal urethral mucosa was flat and smooth, Vaginal mouth spacing. Results Of the 59 cases, 56 cases (94.92%) were followed up for 10 to 79 months. Among them, 52 cases (92.86%) disappeared and 4 cases (7.14%) showed improvement. Conclusion Y-shaped incision surgery field exposure is full, easy to operate. That the operation of the hymen hymen fusion is simple and effective.
