本钢第一炼铁厂从1984年开始,进行65吨铁水罐捣制内衬试验。经过两年多近三千罐次使用试验,证明捣制内衬在技术上是可行的。采用捣制内衬不仅可以减轻工人体力劳动,而且使用寿命比采用耐火砖砌筑内衬延长一倍多,每年可节约材料费二十多万元,具有很好的经济效益。 铁水罐一般采用耐火砖砌筑,在高温和铁水的冲刷、侵蚀以及急冷急热的热应力作用下,耐火砖损坏特别快。另外,砌砖的缝隙很容易侵入铁水,造成铁水罐烧穿事故。因此,耐火砖砌筑的内衬使用寿命比较短,一般只有二百次左右。
Since 1984, the first ironworks of Bengang started to test the lining of 65 tons of hot metal ladle. Therefore, refractory bricks lining life is relatively short, usually only about 200 times.
