综述了国内外设施农业的发展概况，并分别论述了温室结构形态、设施内部环境调控技术以及配套栽培技术的现状和发展趋势；在分析我省设施农业发展滞后和与国内外相比在在明显差距的基础上，提出了相关对策，即：要提高对发展设施农业的认识，同时根据我省条件，因地制宜、多层次地发展设施农业，抓紧解决关键技术，加快实现设施及栽培技术的现代化，进而建立规模化、产业化的设施农业。
