本文根据几种倾斜焊接接头单轴拉伸试验结果,提出了在复杂应力状态下焊接接头承载能力的新计算法,并推导出计算焊接接头强度的经验公式: σ_(eq)=((σ_w~2)+(ewτ_w~2)~(1/2)·经验公式是根据塑性失稳和现代断裂力学为理论基础提出的。同时指出,倾斜焊接接头总是比垂直焊接接头有较高承载能力的传统概念及计算方法是不完整的。
Based on the results of uniaxial tensile test of several inclined welded joints, a new calculation method for the bearing capacity of welded joints under complex stress conditions is proposed in this paper. The empirical formula for calculating the strength of welded joints is deduced as follows: σ_ (eq) = ((σ_w ~ 2) + (ewτ_w ~ 2) ~ (1/2) · The empirical formula is based on the theories of plastic instability and modern fracture mechanics. It is also pointed out that inclined welded joints are always more loaded than vertical welded joints The traditional concepts and calculation methods are incomplete.
