在旅游过程中,有些人会晕车和晕船,有人坐飞机也发生这种现象。医学上统称为“运动病”(又称晕动病)“运动病”主要是人的平衡器官的一时性不适应,不是什么生理缺陷。有“运动病”的人旅行时只要作好防护措施,亦能预防症状的发生或减轻症状。1.旅游日程的安排不宜过紧。旅游时应保持愉快的情绪,精神不要过分激动或紧张。
