万达集团以“订单地产”模式,在全国各大城市快速孵化万达商业广场(或购物广场),其数量目前已经超过了“2005年建设30个商业广场”计划的一半,可是作为万达集团的重点项目——北京万达商业广场由于受到 CBD 大规划变更的拖累推进速度稍缓。不过,好事多磨的北京万达近来确实也是“好事不断”:与沃尔玛经过一年多的谈判终于达成协议:万达集团与美国华纳也正式签署全面合作协议,北京万达广场又多了一个确立品牌的重要砝码。
