采用组织化学技术观察了灰鼠耳蜗毛细胞中脱氢酶在卡铂耳中毒早期的活性变化.发现卡铂可选择性地抑制内毛细胞中的脱氢酶活性.并且这种影响是从底回开始向顶回发展.提示在内毛细胞变性之前.卡铂可通过抑制内毛细胞的脱氢酶干扰其能量的代谢.
Histochemical techniques were used to observe the changes of the activity of dehydrogenase in squirrel cochlear hair cells in the early stage of carboplatin poisoning.Carboplatin was found to selectively inhibit the activity of dehydrogenase in the hair cells and the effect was from the bottom Back to begin to develop back to the top.It is suggested that before the degeneration of inner hair cells, carboplatin can interfere the metabolism of its energy by inhibiting the dehalogenase of inner hair cells.
