目的分析长春市AIDS哨点监测流动人群中艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒和丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染情况,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法按《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案操作手册》要求,对长春市2013—2015年流动人群AIDS哨点监测数据进行分析。结果 2013—2015年,共监测1 200人,均为男性建筑工人,平均(40.3±0.4)岁,以在婚、汉族、外省为主,文化程度主要是小学和初中。AIDS知识总知晓率为73.3%,近3年知晓率逐年上升(56.8%、77.3%和85.8%);发生高危性行为时,每次都能使用安全套的比例偏低。未检出HIV抗体阳性,梅毒和HCV抗体阳性率分别为0.9%和0.6%。结论长春市流动人群中HIV、梅毒和HCV呈低度流行,但仍存在多种危险因素,应开展针对性的健康教育和行为干预,加强其HIV、HCV和梅毒检测。 Objective To analyze the status of HIV, syphilis and hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection among floating population in the sentinel point of Changchun City for the purpose of providing evidence for prevention and control measures. Methods According to the requirements of Operation Manual of National AIDS Sentinel Monitoring Implementation Plan, the data of sentinel surveillance of mobile AIDS in floating population in Changchun from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed. Results In 2013-2015, a total of 1,200 men were surveyed. All of them were male construction workers with an average age of (40.3 ± 0.4) years. They were mainly married, Han and other provinces with primary education in primary and secondary education. The total awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 73.3%. The awareness rates of the past three years were increasing year by year (56.8%, 77.3% and 85.8%). The proportion of condoms that can be used at any given time was low. HIV antibody was not detected positive, syphilis and HCV antibody positive rates were 0.9% and 0.6%. Conclusions HIV, syphilis and HCV are low prevalence among floating population in Changchun City. However, there are still many risk factors. Specific health education and behavioral intervention should be carried out to enhance the detection of HIV, HCV and syphilis.
