1.评价主体的多元化。赏识性评价不仅仅是教师对学生的评价要及时、全面、有效,关注学生的学习过程,学生更是评价的主体。教师可运用自我评价、生生评价、小组评价、师生评价等,客观、全面地评价课堂中的学习活动。教师应学会倾听,引导学生参与评价,给予学生充分参与评价的机会。教师只有善于发现学生问答中富有价值和意义的充满童趣的世界,体验学生的情绪,学生才会在课堂上敢说、敢议、敢评,形成真正互动的学习。
1. Evaluation of the main diversity. Appreciation of the evaluation of teachers is not just the evaluation of students to be timely, comprehensive and effective, concerned about the learning process of students, students are the subject of evaluation. Teachers can objectively and comprehensively evaluate the learning activities in the classroom by using self-evaluation, students’ living evaluation, group evaluation, teacher-student evaluation and so on. Teachers should learn to listen, guide students to participate in evaluation, and give students the opportunity to fully participate in evaluation. Teachers are good at discovering the rich and entertaining world of valuable and meaningful students’ quizzes, and experiencing the emotions of students so that students can dare to say, dare and criticize in class and form a truly interactive learning experience.
