本讲介绍被控过程结构矩阵模型的建立。利用结构矩阵模型可以进行控制系统可控性、可观性分析,并且能删去过剩的被调变量、调节变量。由结构矩阵模型构成的协调矩阵可以用来协调各单元操作的控制系统,并且能用于变量配对。本讲最后以某一化工生产装置控制系统的设计为例,说明了利用结构矩阵模型进行控制系统结构设计的步骤。
This talk introduces the establishment of a controlled process structure matrix model. Structural matrix model can be used to control the system controllability, observability analysis, and can be deleted excess adjusted variables, adjust variables. The coordination matrix formed by the structural matrix model can be used to coordinate the control system of each unit operation and can be used for variable pairings. This talk finally takes the design of the control system of a chemical production plant as an example to illustrate the steps of structural design of the control system by using the structural matrix model.
