试验研究在饲料中添加不同水平维生素A对黄颡鱼生长性能及体色的影响。选取360尾初始体质量为(21.00±0.28)g黄颡鱼,随机分为6个处理组,每处理组3个重复,每重复20尾鱼。黄颡鱼分别饲喂在基础饲料中添加维生素A3 690、13 670、23 720、33 705、43 683和53 650 IU/kg(实测值)的试验饲料,并依次记为A0~A5组。试验期为50 d。结果表明:A2~A5组黄颡鱼增重率显著高于A0和A1组(P<0.05),A3~A5组黄颡鱼饲料系数显著低于A0~A2组(P<0.05)。饲养试验结束时,A0和A1组黄颡鱼体色为淡黄色无黑色斑纹,A2组黄颡鱼体色为黄色无黑色斑纹,A3~A5组体色均正常。对黄颡鱼增重率与饲料中维生素A水平进行二次回归分析,并结合维生素A对黄颡鱼饲料系数和体色的影响,建议在试验条件下,黄颡鱼饲料中维生素A的适宜添加水平为33 705~40 316 IU/kg。
The effects of different levels of vitamin A on the growth performance and body color of yellow catfish were studied in the experiment. A total of 360 yellowtail chuats (21.00 ± 0.28) g were selected and randomly divided into 6 treatment groups with 3 replicates per treatment group and 20 fish per replicate. Catfish were fed with the experimental diets supplemented with vitamins A3 690, 13 670, 23 720, 33 705, 43 683 and 53 650 IU / kg, respectively, to the basal diet and recorded as A0-A5 in turn. The test period is 50 d. The results showed that the weight gain rate of yellow catfish in A2 ~ A5 group was significantly higher than that of A0 and A1 group (P <0.05), and the feed efficiency of yellow catfish A3 ~ A5 group was significantly lower than that of A0 ~ A2 group (P <0.05). At the end of the feeding experiment, the body color of the fish in the A0 and A1 groups was light yellow with no black markings. The color of the fish in the A2 group was yellow with no black markings. The body color of A3 to A5 was normal. Based on the second-order regression analysis of the weight gain rate of yellow catfish and the level of vitamin A in feed, combined with the effect of vitamin A on the feed coefficient and body color of yellow catfish, it is suggested that under the experimental conditions, Add levels of 33 705 ~ 40 316 IU / kg.
