基于文献[5]所导出的理论结果,提出一种基于统一几何特征与运动特性的圆锥凸轮机构压力角表达式建模方法,推导出基于通用数学表达的摆动和直动从动件圆锥凸轮机构压力角解析表达式并通过数值计算验证了模型的正确性。解决了摆动和直动从动件圆锥凸轮机构性能参数缺乏有效的通用分析计算模型的问题,有效地提高了计算机辅助设计圆锥凸轮机构的效率。
Based on the theoretical results derived in [5], a modeling method of pressure angle expression of conical cam mechanism based on uniform geometry and motion characteristics is proposed, and the oscillating and direct acting follower conical cam mechanism based on general mathematical expression is deduced. The pressure angle analytical expression and the numerical calculation verify the correctness of the model. The problem of lacking effective general analysis and calculation model for the performance parameters of the conical cam mechanism of the oscillating and direct acting follower is solved, and the efficiency of the computer aided design of the conical cam mechanism is effectively improved.
