针对肿瘤热疗发生装置产生的中频强磁场的测量设计三维传感器,可测量磁场空间点三坐标磁场分量,合成磁场矢量。设计制作基于霍尔器件的三维传感器,重点分析传感器的误差,对其进行标定,最后对不均匀的实验磁场进行测试,实验符合预期结果。
For the measurement of mid-frequency strong magnetic field generated by the hyperthermia device of the tumor, a three-dimensional sensor is designed, which can measure the magnetic field component in the space coordinate of the magnetic field and synthesize the magnetic field vector. The three-dimensional sensor based on Hall device is designed and manufactured. The error of the sensor is mainly analyzed and calibrated. Finally, the non-uniform experimental magnetic field is tested and the experiment is in line with the expected result.
