：
目的探讨中西医综合疗法对ICU患者压疮的效果及护理体会。方法对30例ICU患者压疮采用3%过氧化氢清洗创面,0.5%碘伏消毒创面周围皮肤,艾灸患处烤灯照射创面及紫草油涂擦患处等

目的探讨中西医综合疗法对ICU患者压疮的效果及护理体会。方法对30例ICU患者压疮采用3%过氧化氢清洗创面,0.5%碘伏消毒创面周围皮肤,艾灸患处烤灯照射创面及紫草油涂擦患处等治疗,并根据患者情况采取相应的护理措施。结果治疗两个疗程,30例患者治愈25例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%。结论中西医综合治疗ICU患者压疮效果较好,结合中西医综合护理技术有助于提高临床治疗效果,促进患者尽早康复。
