铜绿假单胞菌 (PA)生物膜 (BF)是持续感染的重要原因之一。本研究采用结合 NCCL S标准的方法研究 BF中 PA的抗生素敏感性 ,主要研究了阿齐霉素对 BF中 PA抗生素敏感性的作用 ,为临床防治生物膜寻求潜在方法。本研究测定头孢服啶对悬浮状态和 BF中座生 PA(包括粘液型和非粘液型 )的最小杀菌浓度 (MBC)。在非粘液型菌株 ,悬浮菌和 BF菌均对头孢他啶敏感 ,加入 4μg/ ml阿齐霉素对头孢他啶的 MBC影响较小 ;在粘液型菌株 ,头孢他啶对 BF中的座生菌 MBC增高 ,而加入 4μg/ ml阿齐霉素明显降低了头孢他啶的 MBC,显示阿齐霉素增强了座生菌对头孢他啶的敏感性。
Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) biofilm (BF) is one of the important causes of persistent infection. In this study, the combination of NCCL S standard method of PA in the study of antibiotic susceptibility of PA, the main effect of azithromycin on PA antibiotic susceptibility BF, biofilm for the clinical treatment of potential methods. This study determined the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of cefdinir to suspension and pedestal PA (including mucoid and non-mucoid forms) in BF. Susceptible to ceftazidime were detected in non-mucoid strains, levitation bacteria and BF bacteria. The addition of 4μg / ml azithromycin had little effect on the MBC of ceftazidime. In the mucus-type strain, ceftazidime increased the colonization of MBC in BF, Azithromycin at 4 [mu] g / ml significantly reduced the MBC of ceftazidime, indicating that azithromycin potentiates the susceptibility of the spp to ceftazidime.
