目的探讨现阶段南京战区内核技术应用存在的放射防护安全问题和解决方法。方法依据放射防护法规、标准,结合近年来放射卫生监督执法,进行分析研究。结果目前放射源安全管理法规制度不健全,医疗单位核技术应用经营模式存在法律空白,放射防护安全监管能力滞后等问题突出。结论加强军队放射防护安全法规建设,切实提高放射防护监督监测能力,是目前确保战区内核技术应用可持续发展亟待解决的课题。
Objective To explore the radiation protection safety and its solution to the application of nuclear technology in Nanjing Theater at this stage. Methods According to the regulations and standards of radiological protection, combining with the supervision and law enforcement of radiation health in recent years, the research was conducted. Results At present, the regulations on the safety management of radioactive sources are not perfect. There are legal gaps in the operational model of nuclear technology for medical units and the lag in the capacity of radiation protection and safety supervision. Conclusion Strengthening the building of radiation safety laws and regulations in the military and effectively improving the monitoring and supervision capacity of radiation protection are issues that need to be resolved urgently to ensure the sustainable development of nuclear technology in theater.
