碾压混凝土是一种需要通过振动碾压施工工序成型的超干硬性混凝土,它在碾压成型过程中,会出现振动液化现象。也只有振动液化后的碾压混凝土才能达到密实状态。而目前国内外对碾压混凝土振动液化现象的研究还很少,主要停留在机械施工的角度研究。而本文在国内外研究的基础上,主要从影响碾压混凝土振动液化的材料及配合比设计因素进行较细致的分析,旨在为我国碾压混凝土技术的进一步发展提供参考。
Roller compacted concrete is an ultra-hardened concrete that needs to be shaped by vibrating and rolling construction process. It may vibrate and liquefy during the rolling process. Only vibratory liquefied RCC can reach the compact state. At present, there are few researches on the liquefaction phenomenon of RCC at home and abroad, mainly in the perspective of mechanical construction. However, based on the researches both at home and abroad, the dissertation mainly analyzes the material and the design factors of mixing liquefaction of roller compacted concrete in order to provide reference for the further development of roller compacted concrete technology in our country.
