大豆蛋白纤维,作为人造纤维开发史上,唯一由中国首先开发并工业化生产,这是具有里程碑性质的重大发明,是值得庆贺的大事。但也引发一些思考,抛砖引玉,供参考。 一是积极开展大豆蛋白纤维基础性研究工作,提供系统的典型数据,使之列入纤维标准性能手册,使之成为纤维家族的标准正式成员。 因为,大豆纤维的结构,尚未向全世界宣布。根据大豆本身蛋白质问题,近百年来虽有少量研究,但氨基酸组分分析结果比较粗糙,缺乏针对性,也不系统。中国地域辽阔,大豆品种繁多,不同品种及不同种植条件的大豆种籽,经不同提取方法取得的蛋白质,其氨基酸组分,尚需测试研究。

The amino acid components of the proteins obtained by different extraction methods still need to be tested.
