人们普遍知道泉州所属区域的名茶,有安溪铁观音、南安石亭绿、永春佛手和水仙、泉州清源茶,其余似乎也说不出有什么值得称道的佳茗。2016年来临的钟声刚敲过,我走访湄洲湾畔的泉州市泉港区。抵达时主人泡茶敬客。茶水一入口,我品出红茶味道,淡淡花香,口感清醇,是泡好茶。“什么茶?”我问道。“本地生产的‘涂岭红’。”主人回答。“涂岭红?”我之前闻所未闻,特地翻阅2000年12月出版的《中国茶叶大辞典》,也不见介绍。
