The immune function of the tumor host is often impaired to a certain degree, and the cellular immune function is mainly impaired. Reduced immune function in patients often leads to progressive disease progression, leading to tumor metastasis, recurrence, and poor prognosis [1]. In order to study the law of immune function changes in patients with colorectal cancer before and after surgery, and the effect of this change on the prognosis, it is more effective and reasonable to carry out immunotherapy for colorectal cancer.
