随着经济的发展及城市化进程的加快,越来越多的人涌入到城市居住并购置私家车,汽车个人保有量在全国正呈现爆炸式增长。各地政府虽纷纷增加了城市配套停车资源的规划和投入,但由于停车场地理位置分布、车主的停车特点、管理方式等不到位,往往造成车位闲置及使用不均衡,导致实际上“有位无车、有车无位”的现象也正在增多。
With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, more and more people are pouring into the cities to live and purchase private cars. The personal possession of automobiles is showing explosive growth across the country.
