德育工作从来就是学校教育的大主题,而把德育教育理念与学校特色建设相渗透,突出培养学生“个人修养、社会关爱、家园情结、自主发展,以及合作参与、创新发展”的良好品质更是学校德育工作发展的方向[1]。仙村二小结合丰富的地域自然教育资源,确定了主题为“葛水文化,润泽教育”的学校特色,结合学校特色中的龙舟文化精神培养学生团结拼搏、奋勇争先的品格。
