Through laboratory culture experiments, the effects of soil organic carbon (SMBC), water-extracted carbon (WEOC), carbohydrates (CHOC) and phenolic compounds (PEOC) Dynamic changes. The results showed that earthworms inoculated with earthworms promoted the content of four kinds of active organic carbon, and reached the significant level under the condition of straw application. The SMBC, WEOC , CHOC and PEOC increased by 33.50%, 43.13%, 68.21% and 30.28% compared with those without earthworms. Inoculation of earthworms only increased the content of WEOC while the contents of SMBC and CHOC decreased by 11.04% and 16.63%, respectively. The change of PEOC was not obvious. Regardless of the earthworm inoculation or not, the application of straw significantly promoted the four components, of which straw mixed treatment was the most significant. Inoculation with earthworms and straw can improve soil WEOC quality (CHOC / PEOC ratio). Analysis of variance showed that earthworm, straw and time had a significant effect on the content of activated carbon, and there was a strong interaction between the factors. Except for SMBC, the content of soil organic carbon (SOCOC), soil organic carbon (SOCOC), soil organic carbon (CHOC) and soil organic carbon (PEOC) were the most affected by the straw factor. The test results also show more consistent volatility over time. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between the measured items SMBC, WEOC, CHOC and PEOC.
