新近研究表明,胃内合成的前列腺素(PG)的主要作用可能是保护胃粘膜的完整性,并可能是正常时胃液为什么不会消化胃粘膜本身的一个重要原因。而胃内PG的合成极易受各种刺激(包括机械、化学性刺激以及胃的收缩运动等)所促进。作者以前的两篇文章证明,如预先扩张大鼠胃或胃内灌入辣椒或生姜煎剂,通过刺激胃内源性PG合成,可阻止随后给予的致坏死作用物(0.6NHCl)使胃粘膜产生坏死性损伤的作用。本工作研究给饥饿大鼠重饲即食物是否对胃膜粘产生细胞保护作用。
Recent studies have shown that the main role of prostaglandin (PG) synthesized in the stomach may be to protect the integrity of the gastric mucosa, and may be an important reason why normal gastric juice does not digest the gastric mucosa itself. The synthesis of PG in the stomach is highly prone to be stimulated by various stimuli, including mechanical and chemical stimuli, and contraction of the stomach. The author’s previous two papers have shown that if pre-dilating the stomach or stomach of rats into pepper or ginger decoction, by stimulating the synthesis of gastric endogenous PG can prevent the subsequent administration of necrosis (0.6NHCl) to gastric mucosa It produces necrotizing damage. This work investigated whether the refeeding of hungry rats with food is cytoprotective to gastric mucosal adhesions.
