给小鼠自由饮用不同浓度含氟水,低剂量摄氟(25mg/L、5mg/LF~-)小鼠血浆 GSH—P_x 活性显著升高.肝组织 GSH—P_x 亦呈升高趋势,肝组织 MDA 和疏基变化不明显。表明短期摄入较低剂量氟可增强抗氧化作用。
The free GSH-Px activity in the mice was significantly higher than that in the low-dose group (25mg / L, 5mg / LF ~ MDA and sparse base change is not obvious. Show that short-term intake of lower doses of fluorine can enhance the antioxidant effect.
