通过设计几组实验 ,初步探讨了重力因素 (熔滴不同空间方位、基片不同受力状态 )对Ag Cu Sn/Fe界面的影响 .结果表明 ,在液 /固界面处 ,Ag Cu Sn合金向Fe基片中扩散 ,其向下面Fe基片中扩散的量多且扩散的距离远 ;并且在上表面和上基片界面附近有规则形状的α Fe析出相 ,这是重力作用的结果 .
By designing several experiments, the effects of gravitational factors (different droplet orientation and different stress states of substrate) on Ag Cu Sn / Fe interface were discussed. The results show that at the liquid / solid interface Ag Fe substrate diffused into the underlying Fe substrate with a large amount of diffusion and a long distance of diffusion, and a regularly-shaped αFe precipitated phase near the interface between the upper surface and the upper substrate as a result of gravitational forces.
