目的探讨复方中药组分防治糖尿病及糖尿病肾病的有效性及其作用机制。方法应用链尿菌素复制大鼠糖尿病模型,实验设模型组、复方中药高、中、低剂量组和阳性对照组(二甲双胍),观察肾功能相关的指标改变。结果与模型组比较,复方中药高剂量组大鼠血糖[(6.68±2.39)mmol/L]、血清尿素氮[(10.47±2.09)mmol/L]、血浆肌酐[(57.24±11.53)μmol/L]、尿蛋白[(33.51±12.11)mg/d]明显下降,肾脏Caspase-3表达降低,肾脏中钠钾ATP酶活性升高。结论复方中药组分可降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、改善肾脏功能,对糖尿病大鼠肾脏具有一定保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness and mechanism of compound traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) components in preventing and treating diabetic and diabetic nephropathy. Methods Streptozotocin was used to replicate the model of diabetic rats. The model group, high, medium and low dose compound Chinese herbs group and the positive control group (metformin) were used to observe the changes of renal related indexes. Results Compared with the model group, the levels of serum glucose [(6.68 ± 2.39) mmol / L], serum urea nitrogen [(10.47 ± 2.09) mmol / L] and creatinine [(57.24 ± 11.53) μmol / L ], Urinary protein [(33.51 ± 12.11) mg / d], the expression of Caspase-3 in kidney decreased, and the activity of Na + -K + -ATPase in kidney increased. Conclusion Compound Chinese herbal medicine can reduce blood glucose in diabetic rats and improve renal function, and has a protective effect on the kidney of diabetic rats.
