本刊讯记者王艺静报道近日,住建部正式发布《城市地下空间开发利用“十三五”规划》(以下简称《规划》)。作为指导各地开展地下空间开发利用规划、建设和管理的重要依据,《规划》提出,到2020年,不低于50%的城市完成地下空间开发利用规划编制和审批工作,初步建立包括地下空间开发利用现状、规划建设管理、档案管理等的综合管理系统。
