儿童功能性消化不良(Functional Dyspepsia,简称FD)是临床常见病之一。本文通过对145例患儿进行胃部B超检查,以了解其胃运动功能障碍情况。 1 资料与方法 1.1 资料来源:观察组共145例,有明显的食欲减退、厌食,病史在2个月以上,临床上排除胃肠道器质性病变。其中男性104例,女性41例,年龄3岁以下62例,3～6岁38例,7～14岁45例。体格发育按1985年9省市儿童青少年体格发育调查数据评价,身高:3岁以下达均值者77.4％,3～14岁达均值者26.6％:体重达均值者4.1％。对照组:同
Functional Dyspepsia (FD) is one of the common clinical diseases.
