生物工程是八十年代兴起的新技术。组织培养技术以其方法简单,投资少,见效快的特点在生物工程领域中独树一帜。同时,组织培养技术也是生物技术中最基本的技术,不论是基因重组技术,还是细胞工程、酶工程和发酵工程,都必须经组织培养得以实现。普及组织培养技术,对于开发其它生物技术大有益处。本试验以蘑芋、百合等植物品种为材料进行培养试验,重点解决试管苗生根,移栽成活的关键性问题。经过大量试验工作,已将黑蘑芋、宜昌百合移栽成活。现将试验结果报道于下。
