为了解未婚女性生殖健康状况和对生殖保健的需求 ,为妇幼卫生机构进行性传播疾病和生殖道感染的防治 ,开展生殖保健综合服务提供科学依据 ,对 788例未婚女性进行体检、实验室检测和直接问卷调查。结果显示 :生殖道感染率 5 .5 % ,性病患病率 1.3% ,婚前性行为发生率 76 .0 % ,未婚妊娠率 31.8% ,未婚人工流产率 2 7.3%。在青少年时期 ,获取生殖保健知识主要来源为电视、广播、书籍 ,今后希望医务人员多给予保健指导。必须进行广泛的生殖健康宣传教育。妇幼卫生机构应积极参与学校、社区对青少年进行早期性教育 ,加强婚前医学检查工作 ,增加有关生殖道感染检测项目 ,及时发现和治疗性传播疾病和其他生殖道感染 ,开展生殖保健综合服务 ,维护和促进生殖健康
