对于当下卫生职业教育来说,加快高素质“双师型”教师队伍的人才培养是当前促进其发展的重要教育方向,同时也是国家大力培养卫生职教复合型人才的关键。因此这里主要分析当前卫生职业教育“双师型”教师队伍的建设现状及问题,然后对其作出讨论,并提出今后加快“双师型”教师队伍建设的有效策略与建议。
For the current health vocational education, accelerating the cultivation of highly qualified and “double-qualified” teachers is an important direction of education to promote its development. It is also the key point for the country to vigorously develop the compound talents of health vocational education. Therefore, we mainly analyze the current status and problems of the construction of “double-teacher-type” teachers in health vocational education, and then discuss them, and propose effective strategies and suggestions to speed up the construction of “double-qualified teachers” in the future.
