目的研究Galectin-3、ret、nm23-H1蛋白与喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)的肿瘤浸润、转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测30例LSCC标本癌组织中Galectin-3、ret及nm23-H1蛋白的表达情况。结果 Galectin-3、ret在LSCC不同病理分化组间的表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),nm23-H1的表达差异无统计学意义;此三种蛋白在不同的临床分期及有无淋巴结转移组间比较差异均有统计学意(P<0.05);nm23-H1的表达与Galectin-3、ret的表达呈负相关,Galectin-3与ret的表达无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论 Galectin-3、ret、nm23-H1与LSCC的浸润、转移密切相关。
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of Galectin-3, ret, nm23-H1 protein and tumor invasion and metastasis in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Galectin-3, ret and nm23-H1 in 30 specimens of LSCC. Results The expression of Galectin-3, ret in LSCC with different histopathological differentiation was significantly different (P <0.05), while the expression of nm23-H1 was not statistically different. The clinical significance of these three proteins in different clinical stages and with or without There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The expression of nm23-H1 was negatively correlated with the expression of Galectin-3 and ret. There was no significant correlation between the expression of Galectin-3 and ret (P> 0.05). Conclusions Galectin-3, ret, nm23-H1 are closely related to infiltration and metastasis of LSCC.
