目的:探讨口腔健康教育对石家庄市小学生不良口腔行为的影响。方法:采用课堂式口腔健康教育,并于干预前后采用自行设计的调查表调查小学生口腔健康行为习惯情况。结果:干预前后学生没有使用儿童含氟牙膏的比例分别为52.1%和11.8%,错误使用含氟牙膏剂量的比例分别为73.4%和10.1%,新牙刷在沸水中浸泡的比例分别为60.0%和6.8%,甜点代替正餐的比例分别为50.9%和10.1%。口腔健康教育可显著纠正学生错误的口腔行为及态度,与健康教育前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:课堂式口腔健康教育对纠正学生错误的口腔行为及态度有积极作用,应在学校大力开展常规口腔卫生教育课。
Objective: To investigate the effect of oral health education on the bad oral behavior of pupils in Shijiazhuang. Methods: Classroom oral health education was adopted. Before and after the intervention, self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate the oral health behaviors of pupils. Results: The percentage of children who did not use fluoride toothpaste before and after intervention was 52.1% and 11.8% respectively, the proportion of incorrect use of fluoride toothpaste was 73.4% and 10.1% respectively, the proportion of new toothbrush immersed in boiling water was 60.0% and 6.8%, dessert instead of dinner were 50.9% and 10.1% respectively. Oral health education can significantly correct the false oral behavior and attitude of students, which is significantly different from that before health education (P <0.001). Conclusion: Oral health education in class has a positive effect on correcting wrong students’ oral behavior and attitudes, and regular oral health education should be conducted in schools.
