月季一般采用扦插、嫁接、压条等方法繁殖,但一些名贵品种扦插不易生根,且由于数量极少,大量快速繁殖受到一定限制。 1982年以来,常州园林管理处、江苏省林业科学研究所用组织培养方法快速繁殖月季,大大提高了繁殖系数,先后诱导出名贵月季“红双喜”等五十余种,提供试管苗十余万株。月季花组织培养的工艺流程●取材与消毒取健壮优良母株的嫩茎,剥去腋芽上的嫩叶,将材料放在流水中冲洗,随后移到无菌室超净工作台上进行消毒。先浸入70％酒精中0.5～2秒钟,再在0.1％升汞中消毒5～8分钟,取出材料用无菌水冲洗4～5次。将嫩茎的茎段切成0.5～1.0厘米长,接种在固体培养基上,诱导腋芽萌发。培养条件:白天20～25℃、夜间15～20℃,每日光照10小时,光强为1000勒克斯。

First immersed in 70% alcohol for 0.5 ~ 2 seconds, and then sterilized in 0.1% mercuric chloride for 5 to 8 minutes, the material was washed with sterile water 4 to 5 times. Culture conditions: day 20 ~ 25 ℃, night 15 ~ 20 ℃, daily light 10 hours, the light intensity of 1000 lux.
