同量异位素的干扰是加速器质谱测量长寿命放射性核素的主要问题,一般采用能量损失法来测量这些核素,但在能量较低的情况下,能量损失法受到限制。为了提高在较低能量下AMS测量中同量异位素的鉴别能力,设计和建立了充气飞行时间探测系统。
Isotope interference is the main issue of accelerator mass spectrometry in the measurement of long-lived radionuclides. The energy loss method is generally used to measure these radionuclides, but the energy loss method is limited in the case of low energy. In order to improve the discrimination of isomerism in AMS measurement at lower energy, an inflation time of flight detection system was designed and established.
