抗生育药能否导致服药者本身或其后代遗传基础的变化是当前人们迫切关注的问题。随着一门新兴的边缘科学——药物毒理遗传学引入计划生育科研领域,这方面的研究取得了迅速的进展本文概述了近十多年来国内外以人体外周血淋巴细胞为材料、从细胞遗传学角度(淋巴细胞转化、染色体畸变、姊妹染色单体交换、银染核仁形成区、近端着丝粒染色体联合)对抗生育药遗传学效应进行的探讨。对这些研究结果进行了讨论并对进一步研究的方向提出了建议。
Whether anti-fertility drugs can lead to changes in the genetic basis of drug users themselves or their offspring is a pressing issue of current concern. With the emerging edge science - introduction of drug toxicology genetics into the field of family planning and scientific research, rapid progress has been made in this field. This paper summarizes the human peripheral blood lymphocytes at home and abroad for more than a decade as material, Cytogenetic perspective (lymphocyte transformation, chromosome aberration, sister chromatid exchange, silver stained nucleolar area, near centromeric chromosome combination) on the genetic effects of fertility drugs to explore. The results of these studies were discussed and suggestions for further research were made.
