目前抗磨铸铁材料已应用于轧辊、车轮、磨球、护套、叶轮及前护板等耐磨件。本文以灰渣泵中的护套等为现场试验件,研究耐磨1# 抗磨铸铁的切削加工性能。耐磨1#抗磨铸铁实测硬度大于HB C45,加工性很差,刀具耐用度低及刀具消耗大等问题。通过科学实验,优选出能胜任高效率切削加工的新牌号硬质合金,代替原用的YT14及YWI;优选了刀具几何参数;确定了切削用量范围,取得了明显的经济效果。
At present, anti-wear cast iron materials have been applied to wear-resistant parts such as rollers, wheels, balls, sheaths, impellers and front fenders. In this paper, ash sheath pump and other test pieces for the field, research wear-resistant 1 # wear-resistant cast iron machining performance. Wear-resistant cast iron 1 # measured hardness greater than HB C45, poor machinability, tool durability and low tool consumption problems. Through scientific experiments, we have selected a new grade of cemented carbide that is capable of high-efficiency machining instead of the original YT14 and YWI. The geometric parameters of the tool are optimized. The range of the cutting amount is determined and the obvious economic effect is achieved.
