大网膜平滑肌瘤囊性变比较罕见,我院遇到一例报告如下:患者女性,46岁。因乏力、消瘦,发现下腹肿块一月,外院诊断为“盆腔肿块”转来我院。检查:一般情况佳,体温37℃。脉搏76次/分,血压110/70mmHg,心肺(-),腹软,肝脾未及,右下腹肿块上界脐下三指,下界入盆腔,囊性感,活动度差。妇检:外阴、阴道无异常,宫颈轻麋,宫体正常大小, The cystic degeneration of the greater omental leiomyoma is rare.
